Inspirational Stories

Along this journey, we have done lots of research. Much of this research included finding other people's stories and finding statistics. Through our research we found many inspirational and heart-breaking stories of people who have suffered from distracted driving. Even though we were not able to use them in our video, we still thought that they should be shared. The following videos were not made by us, but they are stories that should be heard.

This video is featured on the National Safety Council website and centers around 2 victims of distracted driving.

This video is featured on AAA's Foundation for Traffic Safety website. It shows the consequences and outcomes of driving while distracted. It only takes a couple seconds to veer off the road.

This video was brought to you by the National Transportation Safety Board and focuses on Junior Krista Slough at the University of North Carolina. Krista Slough was a victim of distracted driving and is now advocating for new legislation to be put through to prevent distracted driving and any future accidents.
